QUALITY SYSTEM
Fenoglio G.P.’s Q.S.
has always been in line with the various international standards over time
(NATO AQAP-4…. ISO 9002) and is currently in conformance with
UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and his aviation extension (UNI EN ISO 9100:2003). Certification was obtained from DNV.
DESIGN OFFICE
CAD-CAM work stations operating on solids are used (UNIGRAPHICS motor).
We are able to import geometries from all the principle systems (CATIA, EUCLID, PARASOLID, etc.) through the interface.
All the machining centers are connected in DNC
MACHINERY
Fenoglio G.P. also possesses:
· horizontal axis machining centers with 4 and 5 axes, able to process up to 2000 mm, with pallet changeover for up to 7 stations
· 2 and 3 axis lathes with processing range up to Ø 500x1000
· all the traditional machines required for complete machining: fine grinding, lathes, milling machines and boring machines..
Fenoglio G.P.’s strong point is the use of 2 precision SIP-Genevoise jig boring machines with 4-5 axes, with NC and automatic tool change, housed in a temperature controlled room. This makes it possible to achieve the best finishing precision.
PERSONNEL
All Fenoglio GP personnel is qualified for hight precision work and staff training is costantly monitored.
TESTING
The testing area, in a temperature controlled ambient, has 2 three dimensional measurement machines and all the instruments to check the conformance of the supply (surface roughness meter, profile projectors, hexameters and inspection rings)
We also have primary gauges of the physical dimensions measured on the test benches.
OPERATING TEST BENCHES
All the components which require calibrations, operating or similar tests are tested on test benches constantly calibrated in compliance with international standards.
The “lubrication nozzles” are monitored on benches (also automatically) for pressure, temperature and delivery oil flow and jets flow and direction (up to 4 at the same time).
Data acquisition via PC is used to obtain repeatable results no matter who the producer with archiving of test results.
